How did this get started?
Ok, I'll try to give you all the short version because reading this is a choice! I started riding "full-time" in 2002. I also have this curse that I can't leave things alone and can't stand to have anything that is completely stock - especially a bike which is a self expression of one's self. If you are visiting this site and want work done, you know what I'm saying. My first bike was a 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre and it was a great bike! I started with the bolt-on mods which we all do at some point, but I wanted more. With that want, I found very little as to what I could buy so I was left with no choice but to create things myself.
My day job is working in Technology and it's tough because I enjoy working with my hands - not so much in the office. This is where the passion sets in for this kind of work. After studying what others have done to their bikes, I started getting metal (alum., steel, etc.) and created a number of things. Next, I started playing around with Paint and after a TON of trial and error I started figuring things out and decided that I'm now comfortable in doing work for others.
Since about 2007, I've been doing work for hire and I must say that I love doing it. With your help, I may be able to do this full time, but until then - this is a part time gig. So with that, I welcome any challenge you can offer and look forward to working with you on a custom creation of your very own!
